Now that everyone has tried to hold events, sell t-shirts and bracelets, and generally just hope that the money will come in so far, it is time to think very basic. It is probably time to ask.

It might be the right time just to ask people, specifically, to give to your mission trip. It might be the moment for you to ask them to partner with you, as an extension of them in India.

My question to you is, is there is any reason why you cannot ask people to support you, financially? Can you be all right with asking various individuals to give you money? This is without selling anything or holding an event. This is based on having a relationship with that person. This is when you sit down with them to have a coffee or enjoy lunch together.

So is there any reason why you cannot ask people to give? You already believe you are called here. Many of you have even explained here, that this is the dream/vision that God gave you. It is on your heart, it was placed there by Him. Then, can you share that with a potential supporter and subsequently ask them for their financial support? Can you be alright with asking them for financial support, without selling them an item or having an event?

What would keep you from asking people to support you financially?
