Here are important details for you to know while planning for your arrival:
Do not buy a roundtrip ticket!
We will be meeting at Baggage Claim in the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport in Chattanooga, Tennessee in the afternoon.
If you are flying, your flight MUSTarrive BEFORE 4PM EST on June 3rd.
If you are driving, you need to arrive at the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport in Chattanooga, Tennessee between 1PM and 4PM EST on June 3rd.
You may fly or drive out of the Hartsfield – Jackson Atlanta International Airport in Atlanta, Georgia on August 2nd anytime after 11AM.
Do not buy a roundtrip ticket!
Since you will be leaving and arriving from two different cities, you have two options:
- Your best option will most likely be to buy a multi-city ticket. This will allow you to fly into Chattanooga at the start of your trip, and fly out of Atlanta at the end of your trip. You can do this by going to any booking site (priceline.com, for example) and select “muti-city” or “multi-destination trips” and enter each city and the dates.
- You may also simply purchase two one-way tickets. One-way from home to Chattanooga on June 3rd, and one-way from Atlanta to your home on August 2nd.
We know this might look confusing, so please talk to your mobilizer before purchasing your ticket. Please don’t forget to fill out your travel information on your profile.
